Description

Here are a few use cases for this project:

  1. Emergency Evacuation Guidance: The VR_AI model can be used in a virtual reality application to train individuals on recognizing safety equipment and guiding for exits in case of emergencies. It can highlight power outlets, fire exits, smoke detectors, and more, effectively providing a virtual walkthrough safety drill.

  2. Building Safety Compliance Checks: This model can be used by safety inspectors to easily identify and document all safety measures installed in a building. It accelerates the inspection process and keeps a digital record for easy reference.

  3. Augmented Reality Safety App: The AR app can use VR_AI for real-time safety information overlay on smartphone screens. This can assist users in identifying safety equipment in unfamiliar buildings, or it can also be useful in emergency situations.

  4. Smart Home Automation: Using VR_AI, a home automation system can identify the position of power outlets, alarm speakers and smoke detectors. It can be programmed to automatically switch off outlets in case of detected fire or danger.

  5. Maintenance And Monitoring for Commercial Buildings: VR_AI can help in monitoring the status and functionality of the installed safety equipment such as Emergency Call Box, Network Outlet, etc., in real-time, allowing swift maintenance and thus ensuring continuous safety compliance.
