About Maturity Model

Fruit (Strawberry) maturity detection model.

Testing for 1 stage maturity detection with 3 classes.

  1. Ripened
  2. Semi-Ripened
  3. Unripened

The dataset build with:

  1. 516 online strawberry focus images, &
  2. 749 real farm taken images.

This dataset was created by HKIVE(ST) x Nara Kosen collab research project.
