About Maturity Model
Fruit (Strawberry) maturity detection model.
Testing for 1 stage maturity detection with 3 classes.
- Ripened
- Semi-Ripened
- Unripened
The dataset build with:
- 516 online strawberry focus images, &
- 749 real farm taken images.
This dataset was created by HKIVE(ST) x Nara Kosen collab research project.
