  3. Damaged Potato: This class includes potatoes that have been physically damaged, resulting in cuts, bruises, or other visible injuries. Damaged potatoes may have compromised structural integrity and are often downgraded in terms of quality.
  4. Defected Potato: This class comprises potatoes with various defects that do not fall under the "damaged" category. Defects can include irregular shapes, discoloration, abnormal growth patterns, or other blemishes. Defected potatoes are generally considered to have lower market value due to their appearance but can still be used for processing purposes.

Current Status and Timeline:

The project is currently in the development phase, with researchers and engineers working on training the machine learning models using labeled potato image datasets.
