Automatic Billing System for Sri Lankan Pastry Shop using deep learning Computer Vision Project

1. Automated Checkout: This system could be used in a grab-and-go pastry shop scenario, wherein customers can simply take their chosen pastry items and walkout, while the computer vision model automatically identifies and bills their chosen items, eliminating the need for manual checkout process.

2. Inventory Control: The model could be utilized for real-time inventory tracking and controlling. By recognizing the pastries 'sold and left on the shelf', it can make accurate inventory counts and updates.

3. Automated Kiosk: The model could be applied in an automated kiosk or vending machine where customers select their desired items and the system identifies and charges the customers accordingly.

4. Quality Control: If coupled with additional data, the model could be used to ensure the consistent quality of the pastries by checking if they match the original models. If an item deviates significantly, it may be flagged for review.

5. Online Order Fulfillment: For online orders, the model could check that an order is completed correctly before it is delivered by identifying the pastries in the order, facilitating the correct and efficient dispatch of online orders.
