Tree Detection in Sydney Computer Vision Project
The aim of this project is to develop an advanced computer vision system capable of detecting trees in the urban areas of Sydney. The UNSW Urban AI team is working on leveraging state-of-the-art deep learning techniques to accurately identify and locate trees within the cityscape. By detecting trees, this project aims to provide valuable insights into urban green spaces, tree distribution, and environmental health.
