Project Overview

This project focuses on developing a Deep Learning model to recognize allergens in food image datasets. The main goal is to enhance food safety for allergy sufferers by providing a means to identify potential allergens in various foods accurately. This is increasingly important as food allergies affect a significant portion of the population, and the clarity of allergen information on food labels remains insufficient.

This project has a trained model available that you can try in your browser and use to get predictions via our Hosted Inference API and other deployment methods.
