testing out label -> image mapping with small dataset

This trial is not using yolo folder data. It is using the .json data and the images from the 'annotated images' folder. Result: failure the labels are not mapped correctly there is also a 'severely underrepresented class' in the set-- meaning there are nearly no fish labeled with one of the classes.

The bounding boxes are polygons. Shaped very much like fish. But they do not line up correctly.
