Description

Here are a few use cases for this project:

  1. Language Education and Learning Applications: ARSL can be used to develop apps and software to aid in teaching and learning the Arabic language, specifically for non-native speakers or children, by recognizing and identifying Arabic characters based on the Hand classes.

  2. Sign Language Recognition: The model can be integrated into sign language recognition systems for Arabic sign language, helping to improve communication for differently-abled individuals who rely on signing for communication within the Arabic-speaking community.

  3. Augmented Reality Translation Tools: ARSL can be implemented in augmented reality translation applications to identify Arabic letters from images or objects with hand gestures, enabling real-time translation for users.

  4. Cultural Heritage Preservation and Accessibility: ARSL can be used in museums and cultural heritage sites to create interactive exhibits or tours that use hand gestures for recognizing Arabic script, thus improving accessibility for visitors with different language backgrounds and abilities.

  5. Human-Computer Interaction: ARSL can be employed to create more intuitive human-computer interfaces for digital devices or applications, allowing users to use Hand classes to input or interact with Arabic text, offering a more natural and immersive experience.
