This project is about coccidioidomycosis that exclusively affects the lung tissue. We can identify its special features such as the presence of spherules and endospores. Any forms of magnification power of H&E stain, PAS stain, GMS stain, and silver stain were used in this project . This initiative project will benefits the medical students and other health care courses or providers esepecially in pathology or histology field. This will improve their insight to coccidiomycosis and enable them to make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
