Detection and Quantification of Sickle-Shaped Blood Cells in Peripheral Blood Smear Images
In this project, I aim to train Roboflow to accurately detect and quantify sickle-shaped blood cells, which are a hallmark of sickle cell anemia, in peripheral blood smear images. The images to be used for this project will include those captured at two different magnifications: 100x and 400x, and stained with Wright-Giemsa stain, a commonly used stain in pathology that enhances the visualization of blood cell morphology and structures.
