Here are a few use cases for this project:

Health and Safety Compliance: This model can be used in public space surveillance systems to monitor compliance to health guidelines by recognizing if persons are wearing masks or not. It could be used in places like airports, shopping malls, businesses, schools, or public transport systems.

Smart Retail: Retailers and shopping malls may use this model to monitor customer footfall and behavior. It could detect if customers wear masks or glasses (or both), helping stores understand their clientele better and adapt their marketing efforts effectively.

Speech Reading Application: The "FaceMask" model could be employed in an application to help deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals understand what others are saying. By differentiating between normal faces and those wearing masks/glasses, the software could adjust its speech-reading algorithms more accurately and provide better results.

Personalization of Augmented Reality (AR) experiences: AR applications could use this model to personalize the user experience by identifying whether the user is wearing glasses, a mask, or both, and then overlaying AR elements in a manner that takes the user’s attire into account.
